Branch Creek is one of the best placed new developments in Summerville, just one mile from the downtown area.
I received an e-mail this week from Beazer Homes with a report regarding their activity in Branch Creek in June 2008:
“June was a busy month at Branch Creek with 5 new town homes going under contract and a significant increase in model home traffic. More and more people are asking about the proposed $60 Million Summerville Town Center and CARTA’s new express route between Summerville and MUSC in downtown Charleston. Both of these proposed amenities will be just steps from Branch Creek at the corner of Hwy 78 and Berlin G Myers Pkwy.
