Following up on our post concerning the Pros & Cons of Owning a Townhome, I thought I would highlight Central Commons, one of DR Horton’s new townhome communities. Ninety Seven town homes are scheduled to be built in this gated community with prices starting the mid $110’s. There are currently 14 townhomes on the market in Central Commons and 10 townhomes have been sold. This is a new community that opened near the end of 2007 and is located off Parsons Road in Summerville.
