Every week for the past thirteen weeks, I have been sharing with you my top ten best buys for the Summerville area. These are homes that are priced very well in our market and would be a good purchase for a homebuyer.
As we head in to May, I thought we should review the 130 homes that have been featured and look at how those homes have fared.
- 11 SOLD- These homes have closed and are no longer on the market. (8.5%)
- 21 CONTINGENT/PENDING- These homes have contracts on them that are contingent on something occuring. (Passing inspections, another home selling, etc.) (23%)
- 10 WITHDRAWN/EXPIRED- These homes are no longer on the market. (8%)
- 79 ACTIVE- These homes are still available for purchase! ( 61%)
In summary, nearly 32% of these homes have received contracts on them and are moving forward. The majority of the rest have been on the market for less than a month. These homes on these lists are MOVING. Those that are considering buying in these price ranges…take note!
