			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>It was a wonderful day for <a href="http://www.homesofsummerville.com/Nav.aspx/Page=%2fPageManager%2fDefault.aspx%2fPageID%3d804928">Charleston</a> this morning!  Boeing broke ground on their enormous 787 Dreamliner Plant today with a large ceremony, attended by SC officials and Boeing employees.  The plant is being built near Boeing’s exiting factory at Charleston International Airport. Boeings decision to choose <a href="http://www.homesofsummerville.com/Nav.aspx/Page=%2fPageManager%2fDefault.aspx%2fPageID%3d858085">North Charleston</a> for its plant will have tremendous ripple affect on the economic state of our area.  Over the next seven years, 3800 jobs will be created and 750 million in direct investments into the state from Boeing.  </p>
<p>The plant is scheduled to open in 2011 and begin  building three Dreamliners in 2012.  The experts and economists believe that Boeing&#8217;s impact on the regional economy generates spending that supports 1.7 other local jobs.  This is great news for our area.</p>
