An endless supply of berries is ripe for the picking this weekend at the expanded Lowcountry Strawberry Festival at Boone Hall Plantation. Farm Land will have magic shows, a feeding area for animals and pig races. There will be amusement rides, live music and a pie eating competition. The festival is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $5, $3 for kids up to age 12. Get them at East Shore Athletic Club or at the gate.

Patriots Point is celebrating Navy Week withthe Blue Angels air show on Saturday and Sunday. This weekend, get there early to grab your spot for the 2 p.m. Blue Angels air show. There is no charge for Navy Week activities. Parking costs $3.
